Shipping & Returns

• We Offer FREE SHIPPING with Orders of $75 or Over Via Ground Shipping to the United States and Canada.
• We Charge for Shipping Based on Weight for orders under $75 to all of United States and Canada.
• Products are shipped by USPS or UPS.
• Most orders will be processed and shipped the Next Business Day.
• Some orders may need up to 7-10 days to be processed and shipped.
• If you order multiple items, each item may be shipped separately if all items are not in stock. Out of Stock items will be shipped as soon as item becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping for these shipments.
• Holiday Seasons may require additional time for processing and shipping orders.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• We will email you ASAP with your order shipment details. 

*Due to the COVID-19, some products may encounter delayed shipping from some of our vendors and manufacturers. We will notify you via email if there will be a delay.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned up to 30 Days.
• Items must be Unused or Not Damaged.
• Gift Certificates are can not be returned.
• All Items are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from your Refund.
• We do not Refund the Original Shipping and Handling cost that you paid on the order.
• If the Return is a result of our Error (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the Return Shipping Cost.
• If you would like to make an Exchange, simply Return the Item and Place a New Order for the Item you want to Exchange.
